Our stylists are frequently asked by their clients how to style their denim jeans with boots, and we don’t blame them! Different styles of jeans are better styled certain ways, and we are here to share our tips.
The Skinny Jean:
To enhance the overall ‘skinny’ fit of this style of jean, we advise pulling your boots over the jeans. Also, try and opt for boots that will give a little around the ankle, as this will allow your jeans to slide seamlessly into the boots.
The Boyfriend Jean:
This particular style of jean can actually be worn two ways. Firstly, you can roll the jeans up slightly, allowing for a more relaxed look and letting the jeans sit comfortably on top of the boots. Or, for something a little simpler, pull your boots on and let the jeans sit wherever they fall, demonstrating a super effortless look.
The Cropped Jean:
With the right boots, cropped jeans can elongate your leg and give the illusion that your legs are longer than they are. The trick is to wear a heeled boot that shows a little of skin between the boot and the jean.
